COMPULSORY REQUERIMENTS
You will not be autorizad to play the 7th European Club Championships Canoe-Polo without having fulfilled the following requirements:
• Inscription Payment: 100 € ( you can pay the inscriptions at FMP Bank Account, or by cash at the office)
• The original Entry Form will be handed completely cumplimented, sealed and signed by each National Federation.
In order to make up a receipt addressed to your club name, please give us the following club information:

E-mail.
Remember the closing registration date expires on August 25th, and it must be remited properly performed and stamped by your national federation to the address below:

All the delegations coming to the 7th European Kayak-polo Championship by Clubs, must provide the above application form in its original form to their organization office. Likewise the players must achieve themselves submiting the federative licenses and the D.N.I. or passport in order.
